This cycle emerged integrated in a spiritual itinerary. It began in Madeira Island, after a long walk through the shipyard of Funchal. Wrecked boats, hulls and prows, which time and history seem to have forgotten. Alchemies sculpted by the sun, the water and the storms, thus creating stunning substantial paintings. Later on, through memory lane, these images sought paper to settle, renewed.
