From when colours have sound
In the works of Teresa Ribeiro, an artist constantly seeking new paths for her art, one can detect a constant evolution, now in a level never attained before. The thick, almost biological look of the works presented in the late 1991 has given place to profound and radiant collage-paintings inspired in musical writing by original staves of the Brazilian composer Eli Camargo Jr. Movement of Sounds surprises by the easiness of the artist to combine both arts: Painting and Music. In theory, the staves are only useful when the signs written on them are read and performed by musicians.
